Spoiled by cost saving. Another great product ruined.
This is a great product. Good width and length. Lasts ages. Cutter is very sharp. Cardboard container does not fall apart after lots of sticky finger prints and greasy splashes. Proper professional stuff at home.

The Choice of Professionals!
I've used this brand of silicone baking parchment for years - both in my capacity as a chef, and at home. It does its job exceptionally well, and to date, I've never had anything stick to it. It's also great for wrapping loaf-shaped cakes to give as gifts - or more usually in my case - for church and village bake sales! Because it's 45cm wide, it means it fits pretty well all baking tins, dishes, and trays, and the 50 metre length means that it lasts for ages, making it incredibly good value for money. Top tip: when blind baking a pie shell, roll out your pastry between two sheets of this parchment, then slide the whole thing straight into your pie or quiche dish. Keeping the top sheet in place, gently ease the pastry into the corners, flutes, or edges of the dish. Lift up the paper, prick the pastry all over, then replace the top sheet, and add your baking beans over the the top. Bake as normal. This method also works for rolling out pizza bases, although obviously, you don't need to blind bake those!

Good quality parchment.
Good size Sturdy box comes with a sharp cutter so be aware of that. The parchment is good quality. Would recommend.

Reordered this baking parchment. I have used it for years. Good you line tins for bread.

I have had better but it sort of does the job. It sort of goes limp if it gets damp, which my last ones haven't. Otherwise it is ok.

Good quality parchment and dimensions that better suit my needs than standard rolls.
Bought this as baking parchment seems to normally only come in 400mm width, or sometimes narrower. This gives an extra 25mm up each side of my baking tins, which works well.

This is amazing value for money. I use this almost daily and it has seriously prolonged the life of my baking sheets, it more than pays for itself
