Guitar itself is awesome! Looks great
Guitar itself is awesome! Looks great, sounds fantastic. Plays great. Needs a set up, but I don't have a problem with that. I do my own, unless there's a big problem. Th BIG problem is that the tailpiece is not centered on the guitar. It's about 1/8' off center. Doesn't seem to affect tuning or playing. I am keeping the guitar, may try to fix it myself, or may leave it alone. That's China for you. C'mon man!

This guitar has a good feel and pretty good sound
This guitar has a good feel and pretty good sound, too. The neck is fairly straight, the P-90 sounds good, overall construction is good, nice materials - using mahogany, rosewood and quality electronics. One fault would be the holly-body feedback. I would have paid more money to have everything perfect, but that ain't gonna happen. Overall, good guitar for the money.

Bad Sound
This is a beautiful guitar! I really wanted to like it, but the sound was terrible. I tried to fix the action, but it still had a bad sound. I decided to return it. Oh well! I guess I will just have to build one to my liking.

ES125 vibe with contemporary neckM
I've been a fan of Loars for a whilenow and when I saw this model, I had to have one. I've always admired the construction, quality, tone, old-word vibe and value of Loars. I've just never liked the 1-3/4" nuts. I know it's in keeping with the style, but my finger memory is set at 1-11/16" over many years of playing. The 301T solves that neck problem. And the thin body is really comfortable. The tone given up with the thin body is negligable. Great for roots jazz and blues. It has the ES125 vibe with a more comfortable body and neck

I LOVE this guitar
This is a great guitar. I've had mine for a few days now and I wouldn't give it back. I've put DAddario 12's flat rounds on it and oh my does it sound good. Very warm, rich tone. Sounds great acoustic and just as good plugged in.
