Great product. If I could only use it the furry little keeps taking my seat when I get up. Soft. Heats up quickly and level 6 feels sublime. I like the multi timer options too. A good value. Buy!!

I absolutely love this heating pad! I have used this for sore muscles, period cramps & I have used it for my cat with her fuzzy blanket. It’s flexible, has a timer & you can choose how warm or hot you would like it. I would highly recommend to anyone who likes heating pads! I love that it can adhere to any part of the body that you need heat on.

All items arrived as advertised on page; no damage to packaging. Easy to unpack; instructions were on top. Easy to read, but it's a heating pad with basic functions, so I didn't even read it all the way through. Good range of heat settings, from toasty to WHEW that's warm. The timer function is a plus. As a tall person with back issues, the 24 inch length is a nice feature. Great product.

I have a rare disease that causes severe joint damage. The cold weather makes my muscles seize up so I thought a heating pad would be a good idea. I really like the soft, fuzzy fabric on the outside. I also appreciate how user friendly it is. The directions were clear and the control panel is easy to use. The long cord comes in handy because I can use it anywhere in the room.

This heating pad is so much better than the ones you can purchase at the typical stores. I have never had a heating pad with such a soft, silky cover. With a headache, it not only adds a level of comfort but the heating level is suburb. Bravo on a great product. Is is a nice grey color—my pics don’t reveal the true color. The timer and levels of heat add an extra benefit.

While plugged directly in a wall socket the heating pad won’t stay on for more then ten minutes without the lights blinking and the heat stop working.

Nice size heating pad, and it works for any sore muscle area. Heat adjusting works well too. I have found that spraying the fine water mist on the heating pad makes for an even better pain relief. I did not even realize that this heating pad had that feature. I am so excited. Spray some water on the pad (I like to spray it on just after it heats up.) Period cramps now get relieved so much faster. Even my husband enjoys the moist feature of the pad on his lower back. I feel like I got a bonus... since I was only searching for a good priced heating pad. Love the length of the power cord!! Finally something I purchase that doesn’t have to have me right next to the outlet. Happy with this purchase and recommend it.

So I'm assuming at this point that all the 5 star reviews are from customers who haven't had the product fail on them yet, but I'm having the same issue as everyone else: the pad will heat for a few minutes then shut off, blinking lights and all. Seriously to everyone still buying this, check the Customer Questions section. People are having their replacements die on them the same way, every time.
