3.6 Timing tools to save time
Bought these to replace a worn camshaft in a Jeep 3.6 engine. Worked very well. I got the cheapest one thinking I would probably never need it again Well it held up great and I see no reason (besides not wanting to have to do it again) that these tools wouldn't last for multiple uses.

2015 Durango
It worked to pull the cam shafts on 2015 Durango. Very tight fit. It did the job!

These did the job.
My first kit arrived with two of the wedges for the right cylinder bank that fit the pre 2014 Wrangler instead of one for the older models and one for the newer models. I had to wait for a replacement to finish my job. I somehow managed to break one of the wedges when intalling it, but thankfully, it did not fall behind the timing chain cover or my repair would have become much more difficult. Be careful when wedging these in between the timing chain and block so as to not break it.

Value
Works as good as any other tool for its purpose, why spend more.

They Work Great!
Works great. You might have to tap the wedge slightly with a hammer to get it between your gears. These tools are awesome for making it easy to keep your timing while working on the Pentastar tick. Excellent!

Worth it
This tool is a life saver. Did everything it was suppose to do.Only complaint is that when putting the tool between the gear there was some damage on the tool.

It was well needed.
I needed this to replace the rocker arms and lifters in my 2016 Pentastar. Worked just as intended and I don't know how I would have done the job without these.

Worked great
I have a 2013 dodge caravan that was tiking away and I had to change the rockers. My cams were fine. Product releases the chain to give slack so you can unholy the fazers and take the cam out. Make sure you buy mechanic chalk and mark your chain cam and fazer just in case you jump teeth and didn't notice. I couldn't have done.the job without this tool.

This set rocks!
I don't know who writes all these negative reviews about this product. I have a 2012 Dodge Journey and my dealer asks 2400 CAD for rocker/lifter replacement. I made it 4 times cheaper with this amazing set.A few side comments:1) If you can't place plastic wedges between cam sprockets, that means you must rotate your sprockets again. If you can't catch a proper position by crankshaft rotating, you can always use a wrench on camshafts to rotate them clockwise (they have a special place for this, usually closer to sprockets side). This approach will give you the same result, but you'll be able to catch the right position faster.2) The tail of metal wire was slightly longer than needed. I couldn't rotate it to insert it in a hole, so I used orbital sander to remove ~1mm of the tail. You can use a file for this task as well, but I didn't have it in my tool box.3) My car frame doesn't give me a lot of place to insert a wedge with a "RIGHT" label, so I cut the redundant part. You can see the sample on pictures attached to this review.4) Farthest camshafts are tricky on Dodge Journey, so pay attention to these two things:a) Try to find very shallow/flat 36mm socket heads. Consider to buy socket heads for oil filters that are made of metal. They will give you enough space to insert a torque wrench.b) You can also get some extra space by moving up/down your engine. For this purpose you can remove the engine mount from the passenger's side of the hood (3 bolts on the engine side, 2 nuts on the frame side, 1 ground wire attached to the mount). Don't forget to place a jack under the engine before you remove your mount, otherwise the engine will fall down. You can jack up your engine by your oil pan. Place some planks of wood between your jack and your oil pan to distribute the jack strength on all pan surface, so you won't make a hole in your pan. Also, double check that your pan is not completely rusty for this task or use another engine jack point for that purpose.P.S. I'm not a mechanic, so use this information at your own risk. You are the only one who is responsible for your actions.

Did the job but feels kinda cheap.
While it worked the hook of the tool used to releases the ratcheting system of the chain tensioner is a a bit too long making it hard to remove. The plastic tool that goes between the sprockets is to weak and gave up when I went to recheck the torque. The chain guide will leave little shards of plastic within the engine unless you are super careful in my opinion a one time use tool.
