AphogeeShea Pro Leave-in Moisturizer

For some backstory, I have been sitting on this product for a long time since I bought it. I've tried ApHogee products before, and they're not so bad, but this is the first time I've bought an ApHogee leave-in moisturizer. I decided to get it on a whim, just out of curiosity, but never opened it until recently.Dear God.I don't even know where to begin. I am so completely over the moon, surprised and pleased with the performance of this product. Not only that, but I am beyond terrified that they're going to change the formula, and we're going to lose it because, out of everything I have tried—including what has now become my second runner-up, “Creme of Nature” Pure Honey Shrinkage Defense Curl Activator—this has now become my top choice.Sometimes, I will use the curl activator on my ends on top of using this product, but now this product is my go-to, and here's why.My hair texture ranges across 3C, 4A, and 4B, with a notably thick section at the back. Medium porosity.My hair has always been very delicate, and it cannot stretch that far without breaking. I noticed when I was taking down a few twists the other day, my hair was 'stretching', and it was such an odd feeling because I'm not used to that.I actually remembered pausing for a moment and looking down at my hair.You know that feeling when you're a little bit impatient, and you're taking down your twists and there's a knot, so your hair snaps when you're impatient? That didn't happen this time. My finger stopped at the little knot, and then after I pulled, my hair just kept stretching but did not pop.This is very odd for me, and I know we're not supposed to do that, but I would usually just rush through it, knowing that my hair would break under the pressure quite easily. That is not the case for this.My hair is not only moisturized, but it did exactly what it said it would do, which is give it elasticity, something no moisturizer I have ever used—and I was a product junkie who spent over $2,000 on products in the last 2 years—has ever done.When I tell you this product is worth even more than what they're charging, good Lord... I am so exceedingly happy, and they need to keep this product. I would rather they increase the price than change the ingredients if they need to.When I get paid next, I'm going to buy a boatload of these just in case.Coming from a product junkie, EX-PRODUCT JUNKIE, this is the best.I've only been using my own moisturizer that I made when I realized that moisturizers on the market weren't doing their job. So, on top of making my hair exceedingly soft and giving it elasticity, which is crazy—it's something I've never experienced before—this leave-in moisturizer also functions as a sort of gel.I don't have to use any sealant with it, and I can sleep on my hair and wake up, and it still holds its shape.The quality of this product is divine. I am so glad I didn't throw it out and I decided to open it and try it.Oh my God, I can't thank the people who made this enough. If I could meet them in person, I would give them the biggest hug and kiss.My hair thanks you!

This makes my hair soft and manageable., my heair has always been dry and brittle, it was splitting and not retaining length but I stared using this 2 times a week with Shea moisture masque and leave conditioner plus oil to seal in moisture, problem solved. No cap my hair is healthier.FYI: Using a shower/plastic hair cap helps hair absorb product better.

This brand and line of haircare products seems to work well on my hair. I'm pleased with the results. I highly recommend this product because it promotes healthy, smooth and tangle-free hair. Oh, it prevents driness, too.

I love the way this makes my hair feel after using. I cannot speak for others that have tried this product. My experience is positive. I will purchase again.

My hair is brittle, 4c and dry like the desert. I have read reviews on this and other products and decided to gamble. It paid off. I am now hoping to find a daily product that works similar to this and keeps my hair moisturized.

I love Aphogee products. They’re amazing. This cream is amazing and its moisturizes very well. Keeps hair healthy and smooth.

I read a lot of reviews about how great this smelled. I personally don't care for the smell but it agrees with my hair so I will definitely be keeping it

I have 4 type high porosity hair and it helps lock in moisturize, softness and elasticity . I use it as a base for my mini twist and use a mousse on top. Very good product will keep using.
