I had bought a Worx battery operated hand saw and liked so much that I bought 3 more for my sons and a friend. This pole saw is well made and is very versatile-well balanced. Customer service is also A++. Very polite and knowledgeable helpers. Needed a minor part and they send me the whole pole saw since it was under warranty , no questions asked no charge and free shipping in 4 days. I am really pleased with Worx saws and professional attitude of the customer service reps. moreover, the battery fits all other the products. I highly recommend Worx products.

The item works very well cutting upper small branches. I have only used it on branches that are two to three inches in diameter. Does the job.

First off I am admitted worx fanboy. That being said I am still very critical and that is why I gave this 4 stars. So I have about 20 other worx tools and I am very happy with most but there are some that could have used a little improvement. Now, I really like this pole saw. I have used sthil gas powered and obviously this is not going to cut as quick but its pretty fast and the the fact that you can turn it sidways and tilt the head makes it more versatile. Now, I will list a couple of things I dont like. First, like with all worx chainsaws, the chain is garbage replace immediately. I hated the first 20v chainsaw I had and then I replaced the chain and now I love it. Second, the clasps that hold the pole extension in place are plastic and I needed to fine tune them so the pole would stay put and not slide while in use. I dont feel like they will break easy but I dont like the design. The last thing I dont really like is I think there is to much play and or flex in it. If you have used a top of the line sthil you will notice a little flex but it feels sturdy. I tampered and tightened parts of it and made it much better. I feel that it has an acceptable feel now but I will need to put some more work on it to see if I really like the flex in it. All in all I like it allot so far and I will update after some more use. If you already have 20v worx tools you should buy this maybe not if dont. Also, this is considered a power head and they are supposedly relasing more heads for this next year. Currently, they have a hedge trimmer but you cant buy just the head you have to buy the whole tool. The fact that it comes aprt in the middle is a big plus for space saving as well.

Has very low power, saws sharp, but not powered enough to cut, constantly hangs up, sure wish I could return it, chain oil with cap very tight, leaks! I like worxs products, but this is waste of money an time

Was tired of dragging cords around. Didn't want gas. Bought this based on reviews. Glad I did. It is a little heavy due to the battery. And the balance is a little more toward the cutting head than what is comfortable. But none of that matters when you put this puppy to work. Battery charged in just a couple of hours. Used it for well over an hour on a single charge. Took a little bit of effort to go through some of the larger 6+ inch limbs. But made short work of anything smaller. The extension is really nice. Not quite sure it is 13 feet as advertised. Maybe 13 feet from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. The auto chain tension is a big plus. And the three position head really comes in handy. I have seen a few people complaining about it not coming with barre oil. Seriously, you can pick that up at any home improvement store with a power tool section.This is the first Worx product I have purchased. Based on it's performance, I would not hesitate to buy others.

1 the chain is very weak' the slightest pinch bends the chain.there should be a better way to tighten the bar.

I snagged this on Prime day to help me cut back my palms and this pretty much eliminates having to pull out a ladder. Very happy with this saw. Seems to be made well and the battery life so far has been good. A good purchase.

Used in to trim some large tree branches around home. Power full and cuts as stated Battery lasts a long time and fits my other Worx blower and grass trimmer. A couple of my neighbours have also purchased one after they saw my unit. You can send me a commission cheque direct please.
