Review: Nice little backpack - This is a nice little backpack. I bought it to use on a girl's trip to Zion national park. Held everything I needed to take into the park and it's very light weight. The only negative is, it didn't hold my larger water bottle. The bottle fit, but after walking a few steps it kept falling out of the holder, so I just put it inside the bag. I like that it folds up into its own little pouch when not needed and it's easy to pack in a suitcase or carryon when it's not needed. Lots of colors to choose from. I bought the lime green.

When unfolded, it’s surprisingly roomy—plenty of space for everything I need on a hike, day trip, or even as a carry-on. The material feels durable for how light it is, and the zippers work smoothly. It’s comfortable to wear, and I appreciate the multiple compartments to keep things organized. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: can it fit my laptop too?**
A: I can fit my 16.6x11 inch laptop into it vertically, with space front and back for a few other items. My hp laptop is big and heavy. I worry about making the backpack too heavy, but haven't had a problem so far. I am disabled, use poles to help me keep my balance & walk, and do not drive, so I take the bus and/or walk so I use my backpack daily. Answers above re padding sound wise--hadn't thought of that issue. I do have a tablet with a protective case that would be more appropriate for "of base" use.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the little bag? The backpack when it's folded?**
A: 6' wide by 5" tall by "as flat as you can get it" (1 1/2"). You can get it to 3 x 3 if you have it compressed. Best little traveling backpack!!

**Q: can the water bottle holder hold a 32 oz nalgene?**
A: Yes, I just tested it with my husband's 32 oz nalgene bottle and it fit just fine.

**Q: How much weight will this hold, example high school/college books?**
A: To be honest, I just don’t think the fabric is designed to be weight-bearing. I think heavy items like books will destroy it quickly and then you may be disappointed with its performance. The bag holds a decent amount of volume, but I think it’s more intended for lightweight items (clothing, water container, keys, wallet, maps, etc)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect!
*by J***. on October 20, 2025*

I bought this as a day pack to use while on a 2 week trip to Japan. It was packed empty inside a carry on and deployed while travelling the subways, hiking etc. to hold my camera, snacks and a jacket. It worked perfectly. Packed nice and small, yet big enough when in use for it's purpose. This was a great idea for this trip and I'll sure to do so again. Bag is lightweight yet strong and well made.
