Speechless
I have lots of experiences with Hawks. Trying to whistle to them over 15 years. Bought this.... First day. One flew over acted like didn't care about my whistle. 2 seconds later 8 flew over together. Amazing experience. Learn how to use it correctly.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is pretty cool… I always see birds of all sorts while hiking and I try to mimic with my voice but I am not the best lol .these calls and the other in the crow version are very realistic sounding .the wood ones sound better than the plastic ones ..blow from the bottom of your stomach with lighter air as you get to your mouth it takes a few days but worth it

It works.
Perfect. I use it to harass Sparrows infesting my bird feeders. I have also used a Hawk call while quail hunting to get a flushed covey to squat.

Very effective
Very effective in keeping skunks, racoons, chipmunks etc away, if you keep using it at the right time and season.

Sounds exactly like a hawk. Although it takes some time to master.
This Faulk's game hawk call sounds exactly like a real hawk! However, it does take some skill and practice to master it. My results were not as immediate as I had anticipated, however during use I attracted a red tailed to a tree right above me! I also called to several red-shouldered hawks and they have responded! If you are a birder and you enjoy attracting hawks so they perch on a nearby tree, this is the right hawk call.It is also quite durable and has been dropped several times and has still held together. I like that it is a USA made product and it has been crafted to perform as advertised.

Doesn't work
Doesn't even sound like a hawk. Haven't been able to call a hawk yet. Would not buy again.

What hawk sound is this? Canadian Goose Hawk?
Sounds like they just put a "hawk" sticker on a goose/duck whistle. What kind of hawk is this supposed to be immitating? A red tail is that iconic rhaspy sound you hear in the movies... so not that. It is sort of close to a Peregrine Falcon, but the pitch is too low. So, not really that. Most other hawks have much higher pitches in the realm of song birds. This is way more duck and goose than any Hawk I've heard. Maybe it's of a species not common in my area though or im not using it right? Though, there isn't much range to vary the sound. Thats also a good thing... very easy to use. I just dont think its tuned at the right pitch to sound real.
