Dont hurt any more!
These pills are big but they do what they are intended to do. My joints have never felt better. I have low back pain and sciatica plus arthritis in my shoulder and knees . Finally I am in no pain. I have been taking these religiously. Glad I can stop taking Ibuprofen and other pain meds. These are much better. They dont have much taste to them which is why I only gave them 2 stars on flavor.

I am 78 yrs. Old and have been taking vivanaturals for many years. I have been taking Turmeric with Black Pepper Extract, Cucumin, and Ginger daily to replace the need for Aspirin, Ibuprofen to help with any aches and pains. Also the Healthy aspects for the vitamin and other nutrients. I do not take any pain meds and can tell after 3 days of being off of this I can tell in my joints that something is missing. I will continue to get my Turmeric from vivanaturals Organic as I find it's a high quality pill and high quality ingredients.

No considerable difference
My family has a history of arthritis and so as I got older I've wanted to address the issues without chemical medications. I found this product and chose to get it because it was a blend of natural remedies used for joint health. Though I was very excited for this product after taking it for a couple of months I didn't notice any difference... this was especially clear after I stopped taking it and didn't notice any difference like I needed it back in my routine. Everyone is different however and it's not like it hurt me or made me feel sick or worse. Try it; it may work for you!

I use this tumeric supplement to help me with my overall health problems, especially digestive and IBS It is easy to melt in the mouth with a very pleasant and soft taste. Easier than taking bulk tumeric
