Wish I had found these when hosting a Scottish themed event last year. Will be great for holidays. Mine had finished hemmed edges compared to others complaining unfinished. Requires low medium heat iron for creases when arrive. I have not washed but would expect likely shrink so expect delicate, toss low then finish air dry and iron

This is a pretty plaid runner, but feels very thin and flimsy. It will be fine on the console table where I plan to use it, but I was a little disappointed in the overall quality.

The runner was perfect on a white table cloth - just added crystal candle sticks and red napkins and the table was perfect! It was a last minute purchase for a celebration of all things Scottish and luckily went straight from the package to the table - needed no ironing. It washed well in cold water and will be beautiful on our holiday table in December!

This table runner will do with some revisions. The plaid is just what I was looking for and nice and vibrant. However, it is not backed and material is not as substantial as I would like. Since this runner is plaid I expected some attention to the hemmed edges making sure they were squared with the pattern. I am going to redo the hems to make it look better. This picture shows it over another table runner. I bought another one in solid navy and plan to fuse the two together for a more substantial runner. For what I am going to have to do it probably would've been cheaper to buy the fabric and make it myself.

The runner is good quality however the width is to small for my island, so I am going to order another one.

Having read the reviews on this table runner, I should have heeded the warnings. It's too thin of material. The plaid had not been cut properly making it look crooked. The seams were inconsistently sewn. Instead of returning it, I chose to line it and add edging to camouflage the crooked appearance. This helps some, but it's still an inferior product. Amazon, I think this is a vendor you could drop. They don't do anything for Amazon's reputation ~ assuming Amazon cares about its reputation.

The fabric although rich in color is on the thin side and is not lined. I expected this due to the price and for the space I purchased it for, it is just fine. If you are looking for something that would work on a sideboard or table, you may want either a thicker fabric, or at least a lining. Unfortunately, there was nothing that I could get in a timely manner and over all I'm happy with the appearance.
