Great compact stylish update to the One Touch
I previously used the Easy One Touch. It works great but is pretty bulky for packing if you travel with it. So I bought this smaller Easy Flex 3 model. So far it works great. It also is smaller, more stylish, and looks a lot less clunky when on the dash and not holding a phone. So I don't mind leaving it on the dash all the time.General comments:- This mount is less adjustable than the One Touch. But it also doesn't require you to unscrew lock knobs for tilt, rotation and height. It has a very firm friction tilt adjustment you just move by hand. To rotate left or right, it has click positions as you rotate. You can swivel it left and right by another tight friction joint. It remains to see how these friction adjustments will hold over time without having screw knobs to tighten, but it all seems very firm and well built so I expect it will.- Many reviews on all of the iOttie car mounts comment on how sticky the gel pad is under the suction cup, how hard it is to remove, or that it has caused damage to their dash (usually those who have a leather dash). I haven't had any problem like that. When new, the stick pad does in fact grip very tightly and it is tough to coax it off using the little tab that starts to get some air under the pad. But I've not had it cause any damage, it doesn't leave marks, and I've used it on a number of rental cars.- My Honda dash is vinyl with a light pebble finish. People with leather may have different results. You could always just mount it to the glass windshield. I have found that the sticky pad and suction cup really do need to be on a very flat part of the dash. Not much luck if there is a slight curve, and not if you try to put it on over a seam in the dash.- I found the protective removable plastic sheet on this new model was way easier to peel off, and the gel pad wasn't as fiercely hard to pull off after using it, compared to the original One Touch that I had.Pros:- Smaller than the one touch- Folds up to a smaller form so easier to pack- Much more sleek and attractive when on the dash and not in use- Adjustments to rotate or tilt do not require loosening and tightening screw knobs- Clamping arms have soft padding and hold very firmlyCons:- Not as much range of adjustment as Easy One Touch- No squeeze buttons to open the clamp arms, so you have to hold the fixed clamp with one hand and pull the other side open with your other hand.- The mount is shorter so your phone is closer to dash, and to have a charger cord plugged in you need clamp near the bottom of the phone.- Because only one side clamp opens, your phone is actually mounted off center from the mounting plate.- Because of the two above comments, the phone is off center both vertically and horizontally from the centers of rotation. So I think that contributes to a bit more vibration as you drive.Overall the Pros outweigh any cons in my opinion. I like it enough I bought a 2nd so I can leave one in my car and keep the other in my travel bag for when I get rental cars. If model 4 can keep this same size, but add back having both clamp arms spring open by squeezing buttons with one hand, and perhaps fold even a bit more compactly, I'd give it more than 5 stars! Oh, and make the plastic sheet to cover the sticky pad so it is designed to be reused and packed with it when you travel.

The last phone holder you will ever want or need
I went through three different cell phone car mounts before finding this one and I can happily report that this mount holder has ended my search!I had a window mount previously, and because of the distance of the window to the front edge of the dashboard, I couldn't reach my phone, which I use as a GPS. I also found that the window-mounted unit I bought just before finding this one would not rotate at an angle so I could actually see the phone. So the two most important things I was looking for in a mount was the ability to rotate in any direction and one that could mount to the dash securely.I have a 2004 Honda Odyssey with a textured dash, so I thought that I was going to have to sticker-mount a holder to my dashboard, which I was not looking forward to. I read a lot of review on dash mounts before trying out the iOttie. I was very worried that the suction cup wouldn't hold to the dashboard itself, even though the company and their wonderfully informative video promised that it would stick to any surface. As the price was reasonable IF it really did all that it claimed and based upon the number of positive reviews on Amazon, I decided to give it a try. When it arrived, I read the mounting directions thoroughly to make sure I was doing it right. Even though I didn't clean the dash as well as recommended and just kind of wiped it down with water and a spare napkin I had in my car, it mounted perfectly the first time, despite the bumpy texture of my dash! In addition, I can truly move my phone in any angle, including portrait and landscape viewing. In terms of it holding my phone and case, it works great! It is very secure and I really like the way you place your phone in the holder. The "arms" expand to its maximum width and then clicks, holding it open until you are ready to place your phone in it. There is a small pressure dot in the middle of the holder that, when pressed by placing your phone in the holder, releases the arms, snapping it closed, firmly grasping my phone. It is very easy to trigger, and the reassuring "snap" lets me know that my phone is securely held in place. To get it out, I use one hand to pull my phone to the right until it again clicks open. Then, I easily remove my phone, leaving the arms locked open for the next time I need to use it. I used to worry that the single-hand pull would remove the mount from my dash, but it has now been up there for months and never budged! I am so incredibly happy with this holder...I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my dashboard, to use with my s6 & iph7. I wanted to use it for my dashboard only, however the sticky pad/mounting used to hold the iOttie in place was not strong enough. In order to use it on the dash, I had to secure the sticky pad/mount to the dash before attempting to take my phone out. I use it for my windshield and it is super sturdy. I'm able to put the devices into the holder, simply push back and the clamp snaps the phone into place. I am able to remove the ph without securing it with my other hand by pushing the clamp out. My only complaint is that the dashboard mount is simply not strong enough for my 2012 Honda Civic dash - minus 1 point

Good build, very very strong gum - Result : Satisfied
Recommended. I wanted a mount for my Hyundai Eon which would stay on the dashboard. I have tried a few cheap ones and they all fail on the dashboard. The gum on this one is very very strong and the overall build looks and feels great. Like in other reviews you have to be sure you want this on your dashboard, because it will not come off easily and I am pretty sure will leave some mark once it is removed. This was not an issue with me since the mount was more essential to me than the marks on the dashboard (Note: I have not removed the mount since I have placed it on the dashboard so cannot confirm about the marks. I am basing my assumptions on the reviews and photos I have seen online.)The mount can swivel quite a lot and has some room to swivel it towards the driver or passenger. I have tried the mount with Blackberry Z30, Redmi Note 3 and Moto G4 Plus. The Z30 fits nicely, the Redmi Note 3 and the G4 plus just about fit in (All of them were with back covers). Neither of them fell down anytime during driving. Even when going over potholes it held firmly.Overall I am satisfied and if you are looking for a dashboard mount and not bothered about marks on the dashboard go for it.

Good Quality & Versatile
It came on time as promised. When I received the product, I realized that it was smaller than I've expected. However, when I mount it on my car, it worked perfectly well. I like the way the arm can rotate 360 deg so that it is easy to maneuver around to different positions. Good & sturdy quality.

This company regularly produces excellent products and I have purchased some of their other offerings in the past. Indeed, it has proven to be one of the VERY few companies who has absolutely without question not only replaced a product with a very minor issue but didn't even ask to have the original returned...!!I am sure this product will be worth the usual 5 stars I would expect to give it. The reason there are only 4 awarded at this time is quite simply because I haven't yet had a chance to use this item extensively over any period of time.Otherwise, in general, for sure my experience to-date is that you can trust iOttie and its offerings.

Quality with a sleek design.
Compared to the slightly bulkier Mk2 Easy Flex, which I also have, the Mk 3 is minimalist with a clean design. The clamps hold my iPhone 6 firmly in place sufficiently to withstand normal day to day use. I use this Mk3 Easy Flex as desk stand and whilst it would perform well as incar holder i think somthing from Brodit would offer a firmer mounting platform. That said the suction strength on the Easy a Flex is very good and takes considerable effort to remove once placed on a surface. Finally I must compliment eoutlet.co.uk for their excellent and speedy service delivering the Mk3 Easy Flex in less than one day, thank you.
