I really like this product. This has great flavor and if bell pepper is what you want, this brand I recommend. Love it. The amount is to your taste. So I won't say what I amount I used.

Just Right!
Many other brands that claim to be all sweet peppers are way too hot for me. I add this to my savory granola fir topping salads and to garnish and add color to food.

They aren't kidding about the granulated part.
Imagine something like grated Parmesan cheese consistency. I got this because it was a better deal than the dried red/green peppers at Harmony house that look more "Diced" when hydrated - but I think I prefer those for when I make winter gumbos, etc. These still add a decent flavor, but the consistency is basically a goo. Probably good for red-pepper soups or other bisques, less good for stews etc where you want to see the veggies.
