Good product for the money.
Good product. Works well powering in ceiling speakers.

Tough to Beat for the Money
Sounds good with my vintage Sansui speakers and is easy to use. What more could you need.? Well, a few more controls on the front panel would be nice, instead of having to use the remote all the time, but at this price it is understandably.

Pretty good for a refurb
First, the receiver looked brand new out of the box. Second, the Bluetooth is easy to pair (I’ve used it more than anticipated). Third, the multiple inputs are great, allowing me to connect my Alexa Dot. Fourth (and the reason I bought it) it has a phono input, that works perfectly. My first criticism is it has a low frequency buzz. No big deal, but somewhat noticeable. And, I’ve yet to figure out how to program FM presets. Another no big deal, because I seldom use FM. All-in-all I am happy with this receiver I’ve set up in my home office.

Everything you’ve always expected from Sony
In a word it’s clean . Not loaded with unnecessary complications, appearance fits with other components, an intuitive remote and most important a very clean sound. All you can hear is music a strong midrange , crisp clean highs, and full mellow bass. I’ve spent a lot more money several times through the years but have had a receiver that performs better than this.

VERY pleased with this LIKE NEW refurb unit!
Was concerned about the refurbished status of the unit, but it works perfectly. I have only one complaint, and this is about the way they designed it, not a quality issue. That is:This unit has a "wake up" feature that automatically turns it on any time a device it's BT paired to is turned on. For me that means every time I turn on my laptop, the receiver pops on. It's kind of annoying. But if that is the worst surprise I get, I will be happy so long as the durability is there.
