Completely rust-free after 3-months.
I wanted to wait a bit before writing this review to see how the shower caddy holds up over time. Three months later and we are happy with this caddy. It is made out of aluminum, so it has not rusted at all. In addition, it's lighter than the steel shower caddies since it's constructed of aluminum.A few things the manufacturer might want to consider for future changes would be the following:1. The part that slides over the water pipe coming out of the wall was so tight that my wife couldn't get it to snap into place. I had to be cautious in applying the right amount of pressure, so as not to damage the water pipe. It took a lot of effort to get it to snap over the pipe. There is also a set screw in that area that I suppose takes the place of suction cups to hold the caddy in-place. However, I didn't use the set screw because it was already super-tight and held pretty securely in-place, and I also didn't want to mar/damage the water pipe. Something else I did to help secure the caddy in-place was to take a larger zip-tie and tie it in front of the caddy so that the caddy doesn't slide down the water pipe that supplies the showerhead.2. I'd like to see suction cups on this product, if for no other reason than to prevent the caddy from banging into the tiles of the shower. Our caddy came with one small piece of hard gray plastic on the right side vertical element of the caddy, but the left side was missing this plastic piece. I think this plastic piece is supposed to help prevent the caddy from banging into the shower wall, but it's not really tall enough/deep enough to provide any protection, so it seems pretty pointless.3. I'd like to see circular cutouts on the caddy shelves that allow you to turn almost empty bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc. upside down in the caddy to help get the last of the product out of the bottle. You can certainly place bottles upside down in the caddy, but you've really got to balance them correctly, or they'll tip over, since there's no real "slot" to hold them in place like there would be if the shelves had circular cutouts.4. This is definitely a brushed aluminum finish, so if you've got stainless steel or chrome finished hardware in your shower, don't expect this to match. With that being said, I'd rather have this than the many stainless steel shower caddies we've gone through in the past that always end up rusting after a while.Over the past 3-months, this new shower caddy has worked great for us. I'm giving it 4-Stars overall, and would rate it 5-Stars if the issues I mentioned above would be addressed in a future release of this product, especially a way to keep it from bouncing against the shower wall (be that some sort of pad, suction cups, etc.) and having round cutouts in the shelves to hold upside down bottles of shampoo, etc.

Don’t buy if you have a hose
I really wanted this to work! It’s really pretty and looks durable yet it’s very light. As you can see from the pics it’s not for showers with hoses.

Luxury shower
It has only been a couple days, but I love my new shower. My shower stall is tiny. I have always struggled with traditional shower heads because of the angles. This is great! Haven't used the handheld yet but seems terrific. For my size shower, a slightly smaller rainfall head may have been somewhat better but I am really enjoying this one!

I am impressed. Nice welded all-aluminum product with top set screws for stability
I needed to replace several aging shower caddies where these caddies were starting to rust and/or their epoxy coating was starting to split. This product is truly 100% aluminum and very well made. The finish is a matte metallic on the silvery side. The top arch of this new caddy sits over the shower head pipe. There are two set screws nicely placed as an integral part of the unit top and will extend within its clear bushing that separates the caddy arch from the shower head pipe. Torquing down on these set screws definitely ensures the caddy stays in place and won't swing from side to side unlike other manufacturer designs that use suction cup(s) at the bottom to hold things in place. Since the screw are inside the bushing, it dramatically increases the friction of the bushing against the shower head pipe, thus holding it in place. While lightweight (it's aluminum), it is also rigid enough to hold all your shower products and bath accessories without bending. Is it strong enough to step on? No, but this is a shower caddy and not a stool. The bends and weld spots are in the right places to give it strength for long term daily use. The shelf spacing is tall enough to handle normal sized hair products (shampoo, conditioner, etc) and pluck/place them out/in without an issue. Liked it so much, I bought more for the balance of my other bathrooms. Since this is aluminum, there is no need to worry about epoxy finishes that might crack or future rust appearing. Bottomline - A very nice product which is worth the cost since it will be the last shower caddy you'll ever need to buy

Missing parts
Just received this today but it’s missing one of the rubber bumpers. That’s why I only gave it 3 stars.

Beautiful caddy
This caddy looks beautiful and functions well. We almost didn't buy it due to the reviews but I am very happy that we did. We have had it for a few days. Two important notes- 1) Ours did not have any suction cups included with it, so I gave the caddy four stars instead of five and the lowest rating on suction. So far It works fine without the suction cups, but I have the bottles somewhat balanced. 2) We have a shower tension bar across our shower and we hang the caddy off of that, not the shower head. Thus we have no issue with it possibly sliding around. Our bottle don't tip over, the soap is remaining in the dish, and we can easily reach in to get the soap. I use one of the two razor holders and it works fine. There seems to be a lot of room for bottles.I am hoping this caddy maintains its good looks, I am so tired of caddies corroding with time.

AUTHENTICALLY & HONESTLY THE BEST CADDY; read my review as to why! :-)
Before purchasing this caddy I was on a very extensive quest for the right caddy, my main criteria were:1) never rust 2) sturdy 3) function 4) looks goodFIRST: there are many many many reviews about rust proof caddies, but I just couldn't find reliable and consistent comments, even rust proof caddies were rusting. But this material is not able to rust, plus there is a life time guarantee, and the reviews seemed constant enough.SECOND: I've previously tired caddies with suction cups that attach to the wall, but mine would eventually fall, and I got tired of always putting it back up; after reading many many many reviews, I just couldn't find a wall caddy that had reliable reviews in regards to suction cups, so I decided to get one that hangs from the shower head. But even hanging caddies have various features and it was hard to find reliable and consistent reviews.I have found that hanging caddies that use suction cups for stability (prevent the caddy from swaying) just aren't reliable, they either are too flimsy to hold right, or the suction cups are not orientated in the right area to keep adhesion. For example, my shower tiles are big and have lines between them, so I was concerned that the suction cups would align where there is a space in between the tiles, making the suction cups useless because they need full contact to hold. So I came across this 'lock-top' concept that would hold the caddy adequately in place. There was a review about this mechanism breaking, but I found that it was very easy to install and had no problems with the quality. Maybe that person tightened too much, or just got a bad one, but I think getting a bad one is very rare, and if they did they could have exchanged it which I think would have been worth their while to do so. There are also little 'feet' on this caddy which are adjustable, so that adds a little bit of extra sturdiness of it staying in place. I read a review about the frame not be straight so that the caddy didn't sit flush with the wall, but I have a suspicion they tightened the screws of the 'lock-top' incorrectly, by having the right one too tight, and the left one not tight enough. The metal of this product is solid quality, so it does not slant and sits flush with the wall.THIRD: There seems to be a lot of complaints about shampoo bottles not fitting by not having enough clearance, but I use average size bottles (not the super size bottles from Costco as mentioned in other reviews), and I find there is plenty of clearance, and the top shelf would allow for extra tall bottles to fit (depending on the shower head not getting in the way). There are also models similar to this one (made by ORG carried by Bed Bath and Beyond) that have a soap dish that does not have much clearance between the shelf above, making it difficult to access the soap bar, but this model has plenty of space to grab the soap bar easily.FORTH: I wanted something that looks modern and contemporary and help have a spa like feel to my bath space, which is why I like the shape of these baskets (some models similar to this one are rounded (made by Zenna Home carried by Lowe's), but I think the shape of the baskets is a matter of preference; but I do like the over all look of the satin chrome, and how the bars that make the basket are shaped.BONUS: This model comes with it's own allan key to tighten the lock-top, and it also comes with an extra screw. That's what won me over to write such an extensive review - a product that provides extra parts (especially a tiny little screw that could easily drop and get lost) is a product that is worth trusting. Plus the company of this particular version of this type of caddy (there are so many that look the same) took the time to address everyone's review, and to me that means they are proud of their product and are willing to back it up.Maybe I over thought things while trying to find the 'perfect' caddy, but I'm glad I put in the time, this product and I are going to be spending a lot of intimate time together! :-)When purchasing this particular type of caddy, I would be watchful of the brand name cause there are many that look identical, this brand name is Jobar Zenna which I got from Amazon for $60. There is an identical one sold by Home Depot, but the product name is Zenna Home and the price is $89! I though $60 would be a lot for a caddy, but this caddy really does cover all features very well, which is why I highly recommend this particular product; especially if you're doing a lot of research like I did, which you don't need to continue cause I already did the extensive research for you! :-)

AMAZING Best Shower Caddy
I have had this in my shower for almost 3 years! Does exactly what the description says! There are no signs of rust anywhere. Sometimes (only once or twice) the odd metal rod that holds the soap comes undone but it’s easy to pop back in no tools necessary. Just a warning if you have large shampoo and conditioner ( 1 litre) bottles they will not fit.

Won't rust!
Bought to replace a similar item which was rusty. Love that this is aluminium so shouldn't rust. Delivered from America and arrived in about 2-3 weeks.
