After using it for 6 months I can clearly see difference. The water where I live is very hard but this product really manages to filter out all the dirt. Installing it is very easy and quality is strong. No change in water flow and no leakage. Overall of the above good things I would like to say Riversoft customer support is very strong. They quickly respond to the tiniest question and help out in every way.

Good product and easy to install. However it's difficult to analyse how it's benefiting in filtering the water, as we install this filter assuming the water quality is bad which is leading to hair fall. But haifall is still there after use for three months.

This is one of the most disappointing products I have purchased recently. The product claims to filter hard water, remove salts, and improve water quality, but in my experience, it did not deliver what was promised. I tested the water multiple times using a TDS meter before and after installing the filter. The result was almost the same as normal tap water every time. Even after using it for a week, there was no noticeable reduction in TDS level or improvement in water hardness. In my opinion, this works more like a basic dust filter and not a proper hard water softener or salt-removal filter. I also feel many positive reviews may be misleading, so buyers should not blindly rely on them. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for an actual hard water solution. Recent buyers should test the water before and after use and consider requesting a refund if they do not see any real improvement. FOR HAIR FALL MEET A DOCTOR NOT THIS FILTER

Works very well with both tap and shower head. Quality is flimsy . Gives clear water so filters very well. Overall it is a useful product but quality needs to be improved and an indicator for filter change would have been better as every time opening and checking makes it leak and then again use of seal proof tape increases lot of work, time and money.

That's a good filter I would say. The water in my area comes with too much salt andjust imagine that after RO process the drinking water TDS is between 150 & 200. I used the riversoft filter at my shower. Initially it got choked within a month of purchase but then I reached out to their customer support on WhatsApp and not only they sent me a new filter but also sent me tutorial videos and voice notes on how to use it the next time. I have been using it as told and it's been almost 1.5 mnths since my last installation and the water flow is consistent. Thanks team!

After installing the Riversoft water softener, I have seen a noticeable improvement in water quality. Earlier, I was facing severe hair fall due to hard water, but ever since I started using this product, the hair fall has reduced significantly. It’s easy to install, works effectively, and makes a real difference. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone struggling with hard water issues.

The product is easily install able, this didn't come with adaptor so i contacted customer support and they were kind enough to send the adaptor separately through courier for free. Good and nice product

This item is so amazing! First to all, you can feel the different between the shower with filter and without. And, for sure, with this filter is better!

It works, though I would have preferred a narrower canister because there is only so much room between the the handle attachment and the wall. We have hard water, so I will put up with less range of motion for the shower head.
