I just randomly bought these with the intention of figuring out what to use them for. I 3D print things and have an itch to create. This is just for when I come up with that next idea that needs a spring :-)

is the spring compression, tensile, or is it not a spring but a connector? and if it is a spring, what's the spring force?The name of this spring says it is a compression spring and a connector which are obviously two different things, since compression springs never act as a connector, rather sit in between to parts to give a resistance to a compression, or a push against each other.and so she has the description of the product says "The Compression Springs give resistance to a pulling force and become longer under load". well, that is it tension spring.and there's no mention of the spring Force which is a critical aspect.for my purpose, they look like they could be right by the alleged dimensions given, but without knowing what they are, or if the picture is correct, this is a huge gamble and not worth it.
