Easy to install. To avoid cutting off your old exaust you need to remove the passengers side rear strut that way you can pull it out.The install was easy, you use your original exaust rubber hangers to secure the new muffler but remove the hanger by the rear bumper. The kit comes with 2 hangers that you use on both sides toward the rear of your truck bed.There is no welding required since it clamps together. You will need a good socket set and wrenches.It's easy to install with 2 people but I could have done it by myself if necessary.Sounds and looks really good, way better than stock but not loud and annoying

Fits my 2011 Ford Ranger without a problem. It increased my gas mileage by about 4 mpg. But the best thing of all is that it sounds great. The sound bytes that I listened to on YouTube really don't sound like this exhaust at all. It has a nice rich rumble when you start it, and when your doing under 40 mph. Get on the Interstate and get up to 55 mph. and when it shifts into high gear the sound completely goes away until you step on it and kick it into passing gear then it returns. Their is no "droning" noise to drive you (or your wife crazy. Buy it, you'll like it.

Researched this thing for a long time. Ordered it. Finally the mechanics get under my truck and discover it doesn't fit, not even close. I guess I blame Amazon for their faulty "Check Fit" function. I was so excited to get this exhaust. Now it's being returned and since my system is completely apart I have to get a $50 muffler from Napa so I can drive home later.Don't trust the "Check Fit" function!

Was happy with this exhaust until one of the outlets decided to snap loose on I95 in North Jersey. This was installed in October '12 and I'm surprised that this has occurred. I mainly drive this vehicle long distances and on the weekends up to the Pennsylvania wilds. It didn't get offroaded very much. I personally don't consider well defined and treated logging roads to be factor as the truck has been in those conditions 6 times with these mufflers. I'm not sure I'll buy these again because of the rust that has formed in the area that has broken off.The kit in was easy to assemble after removing the factory muffler on my '04 ford ranger XLT. The original muffler had the bolts and nuts welded so I had to spend some time cutting and grinding to be able to accept the new muffler. I had to recruit another set of hands to help me assemble but I think it could have been done by one person alone. It has a great tone and is not obnoxious.

I put this system on my 2000 Ford Ranger, 4.0 V6 with the 5-speed manual. It sounds great, has a very nice deep tone to it and maybe it's just placebo effect, but I swear my acceleration is faster than the 28" Cherrybomb I had on the truck before this. Install was easy with good instructions. I had to mount the rear hangers differently from what the instructions say to do for clearance issues with the bottom of the bed (just went down another hole from the instructions). I was under the truck the other day (about a month after install) and noticed the welds had orange rust water stains on them. Disappointing their, considering it's summer here in MN with no salt on the roads yet.

Good sound! Came with all the bolts and hanger stuff (not the whole hanger because you reuse some of the existing parts) but no rust 6 years later.. Easy install with 2 people.. Otherwise you gotta use both hands feet and other foot to hold in place and wrench it down..

I was very happy with this system until it rusted completely off at the muffler after 3YRS. Limited lifetime warranty means nothing!!! They want to charge me $250 plus shipping.
