Won't disappoint
Good taste. Used in a lo mein recipe. A little expensive but at least I didn't have to drive to town to get it.

It's a dark soy sauce with an even blend of flavors.
This soy sauce is the bomb.com my favorite soy sauce to use..it's a dark soy sauce..I hope this company makes a light version because some recipes call for light soy sauce. The flavor is on point. It's rich, evenly blended doesn't taste like your pouring a bottle of salt or a bottle of molasses in your food. I've tried different brands of soy sauce and this one is the best one.

Great stuff!
My dear wife is the cook in our family and she loved this soy sauce. I also enjoyed it because it was not as salty as store bought brands.
