Just as described and came on time. I took off one star because there were no instructions on how to thread/attach string, I had to look it up online. They do provide a link in the description for a YouTube video on how to set up the string but I didn’t find it until after the fact. Overall great product and easy to use but would have liked instructions to be included

No instructions included there is one 30 second video you can find online that is still not helpful which makes the tool useless. Better off just using pigment string wrapped around fingers!

Didn't write a review earlier because I was waiting to see if I could wam up to it and maybe start reaching for it more. I haven't! I find myself only using thread mainly because, I get it ready and once I begin to use it... the three comes off. It falls all over so I end up just using the thread. Save your money!

The leveling tank came almost completely empty! You cant use the leveling feature at all! :(

I used this product for mapping eyebrows. I think the idea is fabulous. However, set up could be challenging. Thread breaks easily. A "how to" video on using this product would be great!

Did not come with string. Have not used and will have to order and wait for string to even use now. :(
