I have tried other paint-by-numbers kits and the canvas is either folded or rolled and it takes forever to get it to lay flat. This canvas already comes stretched on a frame so it's ready to hang when you are done painting. It also comes with an easy to set up easel which saves my back from bending over. The only issues I had were that some of the light colored paints are a bit sheer, so it takes a heavy coat of paint to fill in and cover up the numbers, but that is easy to do and not really an issue for me. The brushes that came with it began to fray quickly, so I bought some good quality ones that will last a long time. As with all paint-by-numbers kits, the numbers are very small and hard to read. However, I have remedied this by using 4x strength magnifying glasses. You could also buy a table magnifier which you can move around to different sections of the canvas that you are working on. Some of these also have lights which is a plus. I gave this product 5 stars because of the canvas being framed and the easel it came with, in spite of these other 2 minor issues that seem to be par for the course with the other painting kits I have tried. I highly recommend this product!

I got this paint by numbers kit mostly because my husband was going to be gone for weeks and I needed something to do. I recently got my kids into paint-by-numbers and I forgot how much I loved them!This one is quality. It’s worth the price. I picked this over just the canvas because I know it wouldn’t be framed (meaning the canvas would more than likely be creased and that’s AWFUL to get out). This kit comes with a frame and a kit to put it together, SEVERAL packs of small detail brushes, and an extra nice precision brush! I was thinking I’d have to go get another since my cat ate my other one! Also a How-To on how to write a review, A+!I cannot suggest this enough. Worth the money, they set you up right

I bought it as a present for my gf's mom. She loved it and my gf loved this experience it brought. The final product is amazing and it looks just like a real painting! It gave us really good experience and the "artistic" look around the house. Highly recommended! (Btw, this kit has all that is needed for this painting experience.)

The painting came on time. The only problem I had was the stand wasn’t in the package. Everything else was there. The instructions are great the paper that had the painting on it was very very helpful with painting the picture. I enjoy painting and can’t wait to see the results. I would definitely buy another one when I am finished.

I'm completely floored at how good this turned out!! The set came with enough paint to do all the sections with some to go back and give larger areas a second coat. The paint brushes were decent quality. As an extra treat I ended buying an extra 2/0 and 3/0 to do the teeny weeny bits with better control.A few recommendations, keep the paint covered between dipping your paint brush in as it does get a bit gummy as it dries. I'm super happy with this product. Can't wait to try another on.

You guys, I have done 25 paint by numbers and this is BY FAR the best kit I've ever purchased. Not only are the numbers easy to read, the canvas uses opaque paint to outline the picture! Not only do you have numbers, but you have the actual painting as well. The paint provided is thick enough to cover the numbers, but still easy to spread. AND....AND you get a little easel to hold your painting! I will be buying more PBN from this company, for sure!

The easel that came with the kit was cheap and not stable. The paint was great and it was more than enough to get it done. The brushes were ok for the price point. They’re were a couple of spots where there wasn’t a number possibly due to misprint. Overall I was very satisfied. I loved this project and I can’t wait to do my next one.

I love the paint-by-numbers sets. They’re simple to do and a good use of extra time. They help ease my stress. Plus you end up with a beautiful painting!
