The paddle barge has been a great addition to my WaveMaster. This has really helped my at-home martial arts workout. My sons and I have been using it for a couple months and it seems like it will hold up for a long time.

This works great. I have it on my century bag. I can put it up or down, depending on how I’m feeling. Has a very satisfying noise when I kick it right.

Its fun and good quality. Motivates for that extra push in a kick or a punch to get the clap sound.

Order said it would arrive in 10 days.... it arrived 5 days early. Fits perfectly around my heavy bag.

I use this for students to practice kicks. I use this to teach students to throw hooks. It is fantastic for that. I use this to teach Jabs and crosses by standing at different angles to the bag. I use this to throw kicks and hooks myself when I am in my gym, and there is no one around to hold targets for me. It offers a different feel and experience from all the other bags and targets in my gym. It offers far less impact then thumping our heavy bags and so, It allows my students, and even myself, to throw a ton of kicks and punches to warm up, practice correct form and develop muscle memory through repetition, without much wear and tear on our joints, and then move to one of the heavier bags to wrap it all up. I liked it so much I bought two and attached them at different levels on the bag. Therefore, you can throw punches and kicks with low and high combinations.. It is very useful in my club. We have had them a few years. They get hit very hard. They have held up very well. Every once in awhile I need to retighten the bolts in the back, but it’s no big deal for all the utility they offer. I would buy them again without hesitation. It’s hard for me to imagine not having them in my club.
