Asurion is a great protection plan. It was very easy to file a claim. Very easy to navigate the website. I will always purchase the plan, especially with kids.

By providing them the needed information they expedited my claim and provided me with an option thar I was completely satisfied with. I recently purchased this item, and upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that it did not function properly. Despite inserting an SD card, the device failed to read it. I attempted to connect it to my computer via USB cable, but it did not appear on the screen. Removing the SD card and connecting it directly to my computer with an adapter resulted in an error message stating 'SD card damage, cannot be read.'Considering I paid an extra $17 for a 2-year warranty, I expected better service. However, when I contacted Amazon to resolve the issue, the only solution offered was a refund for the product. What about the $17 warranty fee? There was no mention of that.Moreover, I believe that if a product is defective, the manufacturer should either provide a replacement or repair it, as stated in their warranty policy. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Overall, I am disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience.

This protection plan is worth getting!! I got it with an arcade basketball set I had bought. The product broke before our protection plan was up. We just had to ship it back and then we were given our money back. I will continue to get this protection plan for products that I buy that this is offered in the future. The lady that I filed a claim with was helpful and friendly. Very easy process, worth your money!!

I purchase Asurion protection every time I purchase a product on Amazon that gives me the option for the coverage. I have used the coverage multiple times. It is ALWAYS, a simple straight forward efficient process. Their response time is quick. I can rest assured their protection keeps my quality products performing.

I had some issues getting all the info to the company. First, I tried to submit my claim online, but the pictures wouldn’t go through. I called and chatted online with people who were all very helpful. Receipts can be difficult because nothing is on paper anymore. But in the end, they came through for me and got me a refund. So yes, it was worth it.
