A few drawbacks
A few drawbacks:Sadly the switch is deeper than the previous switch and didn't fit into our wall. That's why I have to return the switch and can't comment on the functions really. But here are a few more drawbacks:The wiring diagram didn't really help.The device only supports 2.4G wifi networks and no 5G or hybrid networks.The WIFI password and WIFI name can't contain any special characters. Sadly my PW has that and I would need to change the settings on quite a few connected devices then.The optics of the switch are actually quite nice and I would have loved for it to work.

Works well. Looks good
Quite bulky behind so if you have a lot of wires with the 3gang switch you may need a deeper back box. If you don’t then easy to wire up. The instructions are difficult to read and poorly written but just about good enough! Connecting to WiFi worked well though needed two goes with first switch installed. Two-way working set up well except the setting up LED is tiny and so close to the switch LED (not where the instructions say) I did not see it at first so thought I was not doing things right but once spotted 2way set up was easy. Works well with Alexa. via a ‘skill’. Lack of hub requirement is a bonus but make sure you have a neutral wire. One of my 2-gang didn’t but was able to use the now not needed common wire between the switches as a connection to the neutral in the box that had one. You don’t need the common wire because the switches “talk” to each other wirelessly.

2 way needs a 2nd switch
Bought this as a two way, initially was unaware that to work it needs another on the other switch. but that’s fine as when i did buy a second and paired them up they were simple to set up and work well.

Unable to reconnect even when following instructions
I have had this for a few months now, initially I managed to connect this to my wifi, however it has since become disconnected, I think when I changed my wifi password. I have been following the instructions to reconnect it (turning off the power, turning back on, then holding down the main button for 20 secs) however nothing I do seems to put the switch back in pairing mode, so in my smartlife app it is set as 'Offline' - I have tried to submit this as a question however cant seem to see the option to do so...
