I bought these to take with while I duck hunt. They are fantastic binoculars for the money. While I would love to have been able to afford the more expensive brands out there, I wanted something that was able to be "used and abused". I have numerous Amcrest Security Cameras and never had a problem with them so I figured I would try these out when I saw it scrolling by.Pros:+ Clean clear crisp picture+Heavy duty feeling+Not super slick on the sides so it wont slip+Lens caps front and backCons-Would like t hem to go a little wider when they open up but it isn't a major issueLoved these binoculars, I can't say enough good things about them, for the cost, I am not sure i could find something that beats it.

December 2019I have tried dozens of other binoculars within the past few years, and let me just say, these are the best! I had very high expectations for this set, and it definitely met them! The clarity of the lenses are extremely crisp, and you can easily see for very long distances. The 10x 42mm viewing angle adds to the experience also. Another touch that I liked was the waterproof housing. I am always sightseeing outdoors, and when it starts to rain I can still continue to see clear images from the binoculars. Another major plus to these are that they are nitrogen-filled, which means they hardly/never fog. I feel like I can safely take them outdoors without having to worry about them getting ruined. The included bag felt very sturdy, and protects the binoculars when I take them places.One thing that I wasn’t too fond of, was the cellphone mount. When I tried it I had problems getting it to stay tight around the lenses, so it felt kind of tedious to me. When I finally got it sturdy, the pictures came out fine, however. I am not taking points off due to the fact that I consider this separate from the binoculars, and it doesn’t take away from the intended purpose. I would still 100% recommend these to anyone looking for a new set of binoculars!

Crisp and clear, nice feel and great valueReviewing the Amcrest AM-B1042-B binoculars.What I like- super crisp view compared to the Bushnell and Meade binoculars I have- Nice rubberized grip with easy access to focus and eye alignment- Comparative in weight to the others I have- Weatherproof- Front Lens caps are tethered to the binoculars so I won’t lose them- the photo I took is at about 1000 feetWhat needs improvement- The phone adapter works but is super tricky to setup. I have an iPhone 7 Plus, had to remove my otter box case, and dropped my phone twice trying to put the adapter on. I won’t be using the adapter.

I have a pair of Steiners that I use pretty regularly. These aren't Steiners. But I think you would have to try really hard to beat the quality of these for the money. They offer great clarity, the focus wheel isnt clunky and is easy to adjust, I've used them in the evening and they do a good job of gathering light. If you're looking for a solid pair of 10x binoculars these would be a good choice.

These are perfect and got to try them out on the Neowise comet. Used mainly for bird watching and archery. These are perfect and compact

These binoculars are really great for observing nesting bald eagles—and many other smaller birds—from a distance at a nearby nature preserve. My glasses don’t really interfere with obtaining a fairly clear image using both eyes. Smooth, easy adjustment knob.I am very happy with the quality for a comparatively low price. I only gave “sturdiness” four stars due to the relatively flimsy nature of the included lens covers, but I bought a small, padded camera sling to use that offers better all-around protection.Very few binoculars in this price range are waterproof. They work very well.

These are amazing value for money. We use them primarily for looking at wildlife in the yard. Images are bright, crisp and clear. Focus is quick, smooth and easy. They are very nice quality, especially for the price. Lens caps are OK but not of the quality of the binoculars. The iPhone attatchment feels way too flimsy and poorly engineered. I tried it but was worried that it wasn't sufficiently secure. Certainly not something to use regularly. Overall though, great value and good performance.

My husband loves to watch the star link satellites go by, as well as other things in the sky. The moon came out great with the phone attachment. He has an ottorbox on his iphone and could use it without removing the case. It also took great photos of his squirrels that he feeds that he can never get close to. This is just the first day. Great pair of binoculars.
