I cried out “FFS seriously what idiot would pack something so fragile like this” as I collected them off the doormat. I was totally expecting disaster. HOWEVER the makers had foreseen this situation and inside the product box the pastry shells were shrink wrapped to their tray’s AND THEN BUBBLE WRAPPED! There wasn’t a single breakage! In all three boxes every shell was 100% in pristine condition. I was floored! My elation at this turn of events was only further compounded when I tasted the shells… DELICIOUS! I could not have been happier. I made Bite Sized Lemon Meringue Tartlets and they were perfection. Kudos to Pidy for not only making a delicious shell but for their thoughtful packaging.
