These are everything they promise to be - sturdy, comfortable, durable, well designed and functional AF. These are a godsend to help you lift/pull more weight without your grip giving out on you first. Perfect for Pull ups, chin ups, lat pull downs, dumbell rows, back rows, RDLs, weighted BSSs, box step ups and walking lunges, and anything where your strength far exceeds your grip. I know that I wouldn't have made the gains that I have in the last 5 years if I didn't have these b/c I wouldn't have been able to increase my weight/load as much. My grip is fine, but my skin hurts like it's being stripped off from the knurling on the bars and cable attachments without these to buffer. They will change your lifting game! Cannot recommend them enough.

Wow I never knew I needed these so much, I just love things that have more than one purpose. I just got back into the gym and have been using an old pair of gloves for my workouts, I have some issues with my right hand when it comes to grip strength, with that said I jumped to the internet in search of something that I could use to help me, these cobra grips stood out of the pack, I simply just keep these on weather it’s a bench press or working my back I love that it’s a flexible addition to my workouts, I feel more confident when using this product than I was before not knowing when my hand strength would not allow me to complete a set due to fatigue. It’s a wonderful product for deadlifts as well. The sizing might me off, my wrist are just under 7 inches however I got a small instead of the medium that was recommended and it fits perfectly.
