paper feeds do not work, cartridge mechanism moves jerky, scans are static filled (unusable). My surface, Microsoft 10, when trying to install the Primera softwear, my pc says, does not support or access its softwear. You see every way I turn with this cute, nicely compacted little prtr. I get no functionality. A real bummer. Trying to return it is even a bigger bummer. I feel ripped offed!

I am absolutely in love with this product. It is everything in one and takes up NO space what's so ever. The quality of the printing and ink and copying far exceed what I thought this unit would do. We do a lot of traveling and for Seniors likes us this is a wonderful compact unit to go with our Laptops,Tablets and Smart Phones thanks again so much!!

It works properly, is small and lightweight but the printing quality is terrible and you have to remove the ink cartridge to close the top cover. Reminds me of the mid 90's color printers.

I used this printer for a couple of months, and then it started to refuse to recognize the paper. I'm on the road constantly, so I need a reliable printer. It does a reasonably good job when it works, but it's really not a good choice for the road. It's more suited to the occasional business trips than constantly being used as the primary printer.Soon after I got it, the printer rejected the ink cartridge. I replaced it, which solved the problem, but it wasted about 3/4 of a very expensive ink cartridge. The next one wasn't a problem, other than starting to leak. I suspect this leaking might be the cause of the malfunction, but I can't be sure. For me, this fragility makes it unsuited for the task. Add to that the expense of ink, and all I want to do is replace it. The spare battery, and ink, make me hesitant to change printers though. It became quite a commitment, very early.So; although the printer features are very desirable, there are so many compromises that I would only recommend it for a very well paid executive to use while away from the home office.Everyone else would probably be better off with another printer.

Pretty good little machine to use in hotels and to keepyour information private rather than using the hotel'scomputers which records your documents by history, etc.

I bought this in 2016. I had high hopes for this, but it's just garbage. The ink is extremely high and it breaks on its own. I've don't everything to protect this but the components just seem to fail if you even think about it. I wish primers would buy this junk back. Now it's just stored away, shoulda thrown it out, but I bought it for over $400... 🖕 Primers trio.

I have already used mine and it works perfectly. Buy the rechargeable battery. I have also scanned documents with this and it saves them to the laptop correctly as pdfs. Be sure to hold the document to scan at the far right edge and straight up and down so the scan is not skewed. Be sure to check your ink density at first print. Mine was set too high and resulted in a very wet-feel print. After I dialed back the ink saturation, the prints dried quickly and did not have that wet feel. The print colors look very good.

I bought this in April 2017 for an upcoming trip. It felt cheap and flimsy. It came with a color cartridge, but I print primarily in black, so I ordered a black cartridge. The black cartridge doesn't work. It's brand new, but the printer doesn't recognize that it's installed. I install the color one right after and no problem. The scanner works intermittently, and had a bright yellow steak for several sheets, then a faded area where the yellow was. Next time I plugged it in and turned it on, no more faded area. The paper feeds crooked no matter how I place it in the feeder. I have to watch each sheet feed. I thought I could trouble shoot these problems by referring to the manual. Nope. It seems that I'm the only person that ever could have experienced these issues because none are very well, or at all, covered in the manual. It's a great size printer, perfect for traveling, but it's not worth the cost because it doesn't consistently work.
