I use the black castor oil on my scalp. I noticed that it helped grow back my hair on the edges. I had lost hair around my temple area due to tight braids and needed something that would help. Mixed the castor oil with emu . Several weeks later the hair was growing back.make sure you massage it into the temple. Also great hair conditioner and skin moisturizer. Try it you will not be disappointed. I ordered two and use it regularly.

As hair leave-in conditioner, after rinsing with a mild shampoo. spread 2-3 drops into your palm, start at the tip of hairs and work towards the scalp. As treatment for dry or damaged hair spread 5-6 drops into your palm according to length and thickness of hair, start at the tip of hairs and work towards the scalp, massaging throughly. Optionally, use a shower cap to protect, and wait 10-30 min. Rinse with a very mild shampoo, such as our Emu Oil Shampoo.

why is there a difference in price in the two 4 oz. bottles and the one 8 oz. bottle. same quanity difference price

In the case of two 4 oz bottles you have two containers, two labels, and processing costs that are double the cost of a single 8 oz bottle. So it is always more economical to buy the larger bottle , if you need that much. Also, remember that shelf life is about a year from manufacturing because there are no preservatives in the product. So, this is what we recommend: for short hair and as facial moisturizer, 2 oz bottle; longer hair, facial moisturizer, some body use such as hands, feet, elbows, 4 oz; to share, set of 2 4 oz bottles; all uses, including whole body moisturizing and as bath oil; 8 oz.
