Product came defective but I contacted seller and they replaced without question gotta love a company thats stands behind there Product overall quality is good I make use of the product every day if I ever need a replacement I will order this again

Much more stable than my original two-bolt tensioner, and has an actual roller bearing rather than just a cheap bushing.

this will only work if the support arm is directly in parallel with the chain. There is no way to adjust these to allow for any angle.

I was ridding for maybe 4 miles and I'm lucky I was going slow because I looked down and the chain was all over the place

This product works very well the way it mounts it doesn't need springs and is a great way to tension and keep the chain alignedI have used this type of tensioner often have a great day.
