Great concept for a HIIT game/workout
Overall I like these cards, and I love the concept of the HIIT game. I did not realize when I ordered this that both sets of exercise cards would be identical. I thought there were 2 sets of exercises cards that were different. Just and FYI for future people buying. Iโm a personal trainer and bought these to mix into my husbands workouts, not so much for the game aspect, so that would have been helpful buying info for me. Also thereโs a bad review here that says they didnโt have all the cards. I donโt think they opened the third package. It has both the draw and interval cards. They are smaller stacks. I hate to see a 1 star review when it seems like it wasnโt accurate. Pros Good variety of exercises - even though they are HIIT, there is a nice variety that works the entire body Great concept of an active game Qr codes are nice to see the exercises actually being done Customer service got back to me super quick with my question. Cons: Cards are a bit hard to get out of the box without dumping them all out.

Has a nice variety of exercise to stave off boredom
This thing has a ton of exercises. You'll get a lot of variety. I will not be using it with others and I don't care about the points to be honest. What it does for me is provide a variety so I'm not doing the same old thing day in and day out. It has a color coding system(with words for color blind people) that works the arms, core, legs, chest and cardio. It has a QR code and link to use for a video. It has a short description below a picture. It doesn't come with instructions though. It instead has a link for the instructions. It's pretty simple though. You start with 3 decks. Each will have exercise on the top. The first two are all exercise while the third also contains your interval and draw cards. Sort them and then shuffle each set. Roll the dice. That is how many interval cards you need. Lay those out in a vertical fashion. Draw a draw card. That is how many will be in each row. Draw the appropriate amount of cards for each row and lay those out horizontal beside the interval card. You can use their interval timer or another on your phone to buzz you when you are done with each interval and rest period. If you want to compete, each card has a point value on it(1-3). You'll add those up and whomever has the most wins OR if solo beat your previous score.

My Marines Hate It. I Love It.
Bought this for my Marines and let me tell youโฆ they absolutely hate this thing. ๐คฃ Which obviously means I love it. Nothing builds morale quite like watching a group of Marines realize their workout is about to be decided by a deck of cards. Keeps things random, keeps everyone moving, and keeps me entertained.

Exercising made fun
This is a fun way of exercising. I find I get bored easily, so making a game out of it is brilliant.

Not Your Average Body Resistance Workout System
This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I prefer body weight resistant work outs, requires no equipment and you can truly push to fatigue before you stop. This cards are not some gimmick to get you "ripped" in just eight weeks or some such garbage. What these cards are, however, is a great way to change up your routine, give you a variety to break up the monotony of the same old work outs and in several cases, introduce you to a new work out or two. It also turns body resistance work outs in to more of a game and keeps in interesting. I waited several months before posting anything about this system because I wanted to really test it out and make sure it was what I was wanting and that it actually got the job done. These cards get the job done, and they make it far less boring that standard push ups and sit ups and jumping jacks, etc, etc. I highly recommend this system to anyone who does body resistance style work outs that want to change it up and make it fresh! Great Product!!!

I wish this product had come with printed directions inside ...
I wish this product had come with printed directions inside the box, as opposed to only providing a website link to view that information. I didn't realize this when I had given the game to my son as a gift. He's attending a military school that doesn't allow leisure time internet access for the first few months, so he won't be able to use this game until he's home for Thanksgiving. I wish Stack 52 didn't assume that everyone, everywhere would always have online access, and it DOES seem slightly incompatible with the concept of a HIIT fitness game. I'd imagine a lot of people are making this purchase to to get themselves or their gift recipients AWAY from a computer/phone/tablet screen, in the first place.

A gift for a teen
This was a gift for one of my teen grandsons. It seemed to be very helpful to determine the most appropriate exercise for age and build. My grandson is very athletic and is very interested in sports and exercise. I am hoping this will help him build a suitable home routine he will use to develop the muscle that will help him be a successful athlete.

Fun for the Family
My son is a competitive youth baseball player, and when I saw this game I thought it would be fun for him (10yrs old) to stay in shape for ball. He loves it! We only use it a couple times a week right now, but its a fun way to push each other!

Great if you're time poor, needs more variety
Great concept and easy to set up a quick circuit. I personally would love more exercise cards and instead you get 2 cards of each exercise. If there were 1 of each exercise and more exercise cards it would be an easy 4-5 stars
