How well does this stroller handle rugged terrain?

Very heavy duty stroller. I don't think strollers are meant for hiking mountains. Lol. May want to consider baby wearing for that. But i did walk, jog, travel, attend outdoor and indoor events with no issues.

Does the seat recline flat?

The Viaro stroller does not have a flat recline position. The Viaro stroller is designed for use with the infant car seat from birth to 6 months. The child then sits directly in the seat of the stroller when they are 6 months of age and have strong neck and head control.
