Safetec34815 SaniZide Plus Germicidal Solution, 1 gal, Plastic Bottle

This product is a great solution to use. However, in this shipment of four jugs to our warehouse, one arrived without a lid and wrapped in plastic. All bottles appear to have the solution leaking down the sides.

When I received it, the lid was stuck with scotch tape, but there was still liquid spilling.

Description didn't CLEARLY indicate product is ready-to-use solution, NOT concentrate like MOST germicides.
