This exercise bench is heavy, sturdy, made with first class materials and is easily assembled with the enclosed hex bolts and wrench tool. The one disappointment is the pad. It is thickly cushioned but a bare 10 1/2 inches wide which strangely enough is not mentioned in the listing.You would think at this price there would be at least a foot of pad width such as on cheaper models.

Good bench
Has held up very well to regular abuse. Not as nice as something you will find at the gym but more than capable for a home gym. I use it for 300#+ lifts and it doesn't wobble or anything.

This is a piece of crap. Total allowable weight is 300lbs?? So if Im 150lbs and I bench press over 150lbs, I'm screwed?? Plus the bench itself is very narrow and short! Not at all worth the money.
