Since starting using only Pink Himalayan Salt my legs, feet and toe cramping (extreme cramps that would make me jump up out of bed during sleep and cramping wouldn't go away for hours, at times, crying) I have noticed over the past 2 months no nighttime cramping. An A++ for that. I use this in all of my cooking and baking and I make everything from scratch.Baking Italian Sponge Ring cakes, Muffins, Cookies ... no problem with rising.Baking Breads: Ciabatta, Rustic Tuscan, Brioche, Pizza dough and focaccia ... no problem with rising.Cooking with this salt ... no problem with a pinch here and there; never too salty and I think it brings out the flavor more than plain iodized salt.Love the extra fine grade; no problem sprinkling on foods on the table for those who would like an extra pinch from the salt cellar. Even sprinkling a pinch on salads makes the flavor pop. I use this for every recipe.Stocked up on 10 pounds since it's my go-to only salt I use and will continue to use.

ROCK HARD SALT!!!! DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!I bought this salt to fill my salt shakers..... but I can’t!!! Each bag of salt is a solid, hard ball, not a bag of fine salt.IT CANT BE USED, AND IT IS NON—REFUNDABLE. One Star is too high of a rating!!!☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
