Community/Public Health Nursing Practice 5th Edition

A good text for the subject covered, but highly disappointed in nursing professor that referred to it only handful of times in the course. I felt had the class not been so involved in projects that it would have been more valued. It served more as a reference tool vs. major source for student's knowledge base. With that said, would still recommend it for the nursing student focusing on community health issues.

This book was a great book for nurses that serve in a community setting such as doctor office, school nurse, health department or other type of non-hospital environment. I enjoyed the class that went with this book (at a university) and I gained alot of knowledge that hospital nurses don't really pay attention to or wasn't aware of. Book was formatted well and nicely written.

This book was highly recommended for my online bsn program it provided quality information for my discussion boards and papers

Book is being used for school and I received it in the condition seller described as good.

The book itself is perfect. What I didn't realize by purchasing it here was that it did not include an access code to the Elsevier extra online content. I could have purchased it directly from them for same price and received the code.

I received this book DAMAGED. I was going to use it for nursing school.. but didn't even take it out of the box because the class had enough material for me to look at online and didn't feel the need to use it. I return it with the other books I did use... and had to pay for the DAMAGES … I DID NOT CAUSE.... this is absurd.

I used this book for my BSN and it was easy to follow. It gave lots of graphs and boxes and it was outlined well. Would recommend this publisher.
