These taste like good cashews should, not excellent, but good. They have the right amount of salt (light) and are cooked in the best possible oil to taste, peanut oil.The cashews range in size and are of a mixed gradient- whole, halves, bits and pieces if that matters to you. It does not affect the flavor.The portion size, 1.5 ounces is perfect- not too much and not too little to control "binge" eating of the good tasting cashew. That, combined with the overall cost, around $12, makes these an OUTSTANDING buy.These are not high quality or gourmet cashews, but good average quality that don't look so good in the package but taste good.
