Well made, a little bigger than I thought but works well. I had a friend who's wife died in the ER while traveling because of an initial diagnosis of ischemic stroke when in fact she had a hemorrhagic bleed and was already on blood thinners. They gave her another thinner and she died due to an additional massive bleed..

I like the weight of this dog tag. It's heavier than a regular dog tag, but not too heavy. It does exactly what I hope it will do. It says DNR and that's what I wanted.

Pendant is nice weight with clear engraving. Really like. However, the chain is very thin & not strong enough to hold pendant. Chain popped within 35 minutes. Ordered a thicker chain to it pendant on.

This is a must have for people with medical conditions that may otherwise be unable to speak if something was to go wrong. Medics can take one look and determine what medical illnesses a person has. I have type 2 diabetes and my blood sugar can go either way. All the medics would have to do is test my blood sugar and go from there in all of 5 seconds. It's a lot thicker that what I thought, but that's good for me, stays put under my shirt. The chain is good quality also, not too short or thin. There's also a place on the back that you can get custom engraved, I just opted for type 2 diabetic and left the rest blank. All in all this was a great purchase.

Very nice quality, arrived much earlier than anticipated. I was thinking this would be think like a dog tag, but it is nice and thick. You won't be dissapointed!

This necklace tag is unnecessarily thick, hence the Excessive weight. Otherwise, it is very nicely made it looks as if the etching is very good and will last a very long time. The necklace is pretty, however, as others have noted it is not very long. It can easily be replaced with inexpensive dog tag type necklaces. Delivery was quick.

Bought for a relative who was going on a cruise. He didn’t want a bracelet. It looked nice. The chain is too short, but will serve it’s purpose.

I like the dark colored chain, but the pendant is much too heavy for me.
