Great replacement token. It is a real lifesaver when I got each new phone, phone had problems, or I didn’t have my phone with me! If I didn’t have this token, I’d have to do the whole ID verification process. Price is good.

it works as expected, but the battery is almost dead after one month of light use, and there is no reply from the seller. The battery cannot be replaced. This was worse than a waste of money - it will become a liability that must be substituted.

I needed to replace a token from E*Trade. They no longer provide tokens and want you to use the app, but I prefer the added security of a separate token device. E*Trade still activates tokens, so I bought one of these and activated it. Works great.

I replaced the software version installed on my phone with this hardware device. I prefer to be able to leave the device at home where it's hopefully less inclined to be lost or inaccessible if I lose or break the phone. The device works well. My only concern is that I will need to buy a replacement when the battery dies.

Have this as an authentication key for multiple strategic accounts and use it daily. It always works like a charm and *knock on wood* will continue to work every single time to continue the trend. Update: Purchased October 7, 2021. Died October 22, 2025. Very happy with the product and would buy again expecting the same results.... Unfortunately, this product is no longer supported by the organizations I was using it for and is being phased out.

This physical hardware token works perfect with several of my financial institutions. As per other reviewers--this token performs same function as free Symantec VIP app. That said, this token is time-based is not subject to interception, if lost--the villain would have no idea what sites this is registered to and further provides distinct seperation between password/code and target site/use. I truly appreciate that this is unlike the phone based app and/or SMS 2FA--phones get stolen and SMS can be diverted via account takeovers or via SIM hijacks. I'm ordering another for my wife's accounts.
