A little extra reassurance for my 12 gauge. If someone were determined enough to get into my safe, then through my shotgun's case locks, they'd STILL have to deal with this through its receiver, as well as a trigger lock. Part of a system that works for me, and this piece works well.It's very flexible, and the cable's coating material won't damage the mechanics or finish of your firearm. This is the SHORT version. I only use this for a semi-auto shotgun. If you're using a PCC or traditional semi-auto pistol, you'll want the longer version of this.

I've spent more and regret it on other brands. These work fine for what you need to do. I ordered 5 of the same key. You get 2 keys each so you will have an abundance of keys needlessly.Love having a set of arms all locked with the same key. You need the key in to lock so don't be alarmed. Smart buy.

it takes a lot to get 5 stars, but this is a good product. I like having multiple locks keyed the same. just wish the lock was spring loaded so you didn't have to turn the key to lock it also, but that's a common problem on most (all?) cable locks.

I had an unconventional use for this lock, and it worked perfectly. It is being used to secure bass guitars on a multi-position rack so that little hands don't play with them without adult approval. The lock cables (15 inches) are just the right length to loop around the top rail and secure the guitars in position. The covering on the locks and cables prevents damage to the instruments. For the price, you can't beat the performance.

Product is not flexible, it was actually very hard to lock up a gate in front of my house. Also it's kind of difficult to use, the locking mechanism has to be at a certain angle to let the key in or out

bought as a test to see if it would work to secure my Henry lever action, as other pistol locks do not work. This works great and the rubberized coating ensures I don't damage my rifle. the other option I was looking at was over $100 more.

I bought this for our laundry cubby at our apartment building and it was perfect. Fit through the small entrance and flexible enough to bend and clasp without much effort. I plan on purchasing more for my luggage.

This is not a gun lock. It doesn't even fit my smallest hand gun in the house. Total waste of money. It's getting returned. Do not buy.
