The handled ripped open within a week but got a new set as replacement
Good one to do home based resistance exercises. Door anchor makes is easy to fix the anchor at various heights. The resistance you get will all 5 bands is pretty much enough to give a heavy resistance. I main bought because I don't have much space in my house to keep weights for workout, then I read the resistance bands are a good alternative. You can do almost all exercises you do with weights and you can adjust resistance just like weights and above all, once done you just roll them and put it in a bag. My space issue solved :) Definitely recommend it...Big problem was one of the handles ripped open on one side just within a 2-3 days of usage. But filed a replacement and got a new set within a day.

Quality seems to be bad
One of friend returned as the handle was broken....mine was fine however within 7 days of using it one of the bands broke...cant even return now....not sure how good other bands are.....adding further comments today....its been more than two weeks now and three bands have broken already..i dont think they are meant for heavy workouts....i think i have to try Fitsy brand now

Black and the blue band broke after some rigorous use
Worked well for some days, I was happy with the purchase. But later, after some days, while exercising, the black tube broke. Then I started using the blue one, then that also broke very soon. Now I have to buy a new set again. Disappointed.
