Fixed a broken USB port on Behringer UMC204HD audio imyergy
My friend dropped his Behringer UMC204HD audio interface when he was setting it up to add vocals to one of my tracks remotely and the USB port was knackered. As I felt partly responsible (and I am a terrible singer and didn't want to have to do vocals myself) I offered to fix the USB port and after doing some research it turned out this was the product so I ordered. Got 10 which is a bonus in case I made a pigs ear of it.My soldering skill's are almost as bad as my singing but I managed to get it all connected to the motherboard and it's all up and running.Passing it back to my mate so he can crack on with my track (let's hope he doesn't drop the damned thing again!)Good product by the way, worked exactly as it should, excellent price too. I have loads spares now, will be useful in case a printer breaks or some other random device that uses USB B!

Fairly good swap for faulty socket providing you can get the old one out!
Replaced a broken one. Soldering was fairly straight forward if you have the right tool.

Did the job
Used to repair a broken electronic auto-focuser. Build quality was adequate, and it worked OK. Much cheaper than having to buy a new unit and I still have nine left!

Very good
I bought these because I couldn’t get anyone to solder a USB2.0 type B port into my laser engraver to replace a broken one.I had the option of waiting for a new mother board from china at a cost of nearly £90.00 and waiting three weeks for it to arrive or try soldering one of these as a replacement for the broken one, I am totally rubbish at soldering but I had a go and Eureka it worked saved myself £ 80+ and a three week wait so I am very pleased and I have nine spare.
