It was easy to install and very identical to the original. Must buy if you need it.

If you think you need a new one, yes, yes you probably do.
I purchased this a few years ago after fussing around with cleaning, cajoling, and coaxing the original one for years. It made an immediate, dramatic difference. I don't remember what the symptoms I was having were exactly other than lugging under load and poor idling, but man if I had known a new one would work as well as it did I would have saved a lot of time and annoyance.

Product fit 1998 Audi A6 Quattro 2.8L 30V and the vehicle immediately started to run better, including a smoother idle. Much better than a different aftermarket product that I attempted to use and quickly replaced with this OEM sensor.

Works great
Resolved my rough idle issue now it's running fine. I was trying to resolve if it was the mass air flow sensor or throttle body issue. The MAF was cheaper of the two solution and it turned out it was the right fix. A little pricier than other throttle body but I wanted a quality part.Update: 1/20/21: MAF died just shy of 3 years later
