A: The Silk Peony Melting Eye Cream is more for hydrating the eye area and smoothing out the appearance of fine lines.   For puffiness, try a product with Vitamin C and caffeine.  That has been my biggest help.

A: Yes it does

A: Yes, it comes in a sealed box.  The actual cream container itself is not sealed, but to even get to it the seal on the box would need to be broken.
