One Pot Vegetarian: Easy Veggie Meals in Just One Pot!

I am a horrible cook. Just absolutely dreadful. But, these recipes are really easy to follow and taste delicious. I highly recommend this cookbook. The pictures make it so much easier! I know what my dish should look like before, during, and after! As someone who has really struggled in the past, that was a life saver!

I got this in the mail yesterday, and 30 minutes after opening the package I had dinner ready - a delicious and balanced dinner that my husband and two kids (aged 1.5 and 5 years) ate with relish!! I love this book already. I did buy it because my friend had it and I had tried a few bites of dishes she made and she was very happy with the recipes. The recipes are truly easy, everything went in one pot at one time then cooked for 15 minutes and turned out beautifully. I am not even vegetarian and yet I know I will be using this book regularly because I love delicious and healthy food that is quick and easy to make, this has it all.

Purchased one for myself - tried a couple recipes which were wonderful, then purchased a second copy for my vegetarian daughter for Christmas. Very pleased. Excellent recipes. Clear Pictures. Easy to follow.

This book has a number of very simple recipes. Some are obvious and hardly need to be there (unless you are really a beginning cook). However, there are many interesting and delicious recipes farther back in the book, and every one we have made has turned out well and been very good.

I like that there are few ingredients, yet they combine perfectly. A very ingenious way to present recipes that all go in the same pot and come out just as hoped. Easy and convenient. I'm glad I got this book.

This is my favorite quick vegetarian cookbook. The illustrations are tremendous, words are as easy to read as if you’re reading a story. I look at the delicious pictures to see what vegetarian meal I can cook tonight. JT

I bought this book for myself. My son saw it when he was visiting, I loaned it to him, he LOVES the recipes, his family LOVES the recipes...I haven't seen it since!

Beautiful photos of everything that goes into the recipe on the left page and the finished product on the facing page. Simple, easy directions, no more than one paragraph. We liked almost every recipe we tried, and no, we are not vegetarian. Often I added cooked chicken or ham to the finished product with great results. I took this out of the library right before the pandemic quarantine and had lots of time to make many things in this book. I was so impressed I bought the book.

It's a con. No new lovely ideas except to put everything into one pot and boil it. Yuk. Can do better myself.Total waste of money.

Although the pictures and recipe ideas are inviting, the actual recipes seem to have been written by someone who does not cook - the instructions will just not work! For instance, the book says all water should be cold, but many of the recipes say 'simmer for 15 minutes' - this includes recipes with pasta, which needs to go in boiling water. Then, add florets of broccoli, which will be stewed to death in the same time.I would have expected the publisher to have the instructions checked by someone who is an experienced cook.Since this edition has been translated from a different language, perhaps the fault lies with the translator who may have missed crucial instructions (like 'bring to the boil then simmer...' but as above, an experienced editor should have spotted this!

Lovely looking book and omg this book arrived as promised. Very pleased with it! Looking forward to cooking now. Being a veggie and non meat eater, I am always on the look out for quick and easy style cooking.

Great cookbook. We use it for ideas for tea in our motorhome. Straightforward ingredients and so far all we’ve tried have been very tasty.Recommended

This is a brilliant book. Everything in one pot all at once with no fuss. What more could you want
