I love the tiger Nuts. great quality. must be soaked. only a person seeking the health benefits will use them. probably be cause their not the norm, health food. the taste is good. you are left with a lot of fiber to swallow, so that you must have water to wash it down. also you should start with10 a day maybe or 15. just to see how your body reacts.again, High Fiber food.
