Twin Star Home Cottonwood 55" with 18" TV Stands with Electric Fireplace, Old Wood-White

Absolutely love this fireplace! The instructions were clear & easy to follow. It’s smaller than most tv stands but it makes the room look more spacious as a plus. The heat it gives off is strong & heats up a small range quickly. Would only recommend to keep children or pets away from while on.

So far, we love it. It was easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy. It took about an hour to put together with my husband. We did use a drill as the holes were not completely drilled. It looks great in our living room.

These was pretty easy to assemble( I have a small drill which made it faster). It’s so cute and makes my space feel cozy. I have a small city apartment so it fits perfectly in my living room. 💕

It was very easy to assemble and it really looks like a real fireplace inside of my real fire place. And the heat setting gives off very good heat!

Came well packaged. Very detail hard to mess up instructions. Sturdy quality parts. Those who had issues with the part alignment must’ve not followed the instructions or had no touch in tightening it down. Only weird thing is the jewels just sit on top and don’t catch any light from the bottom. Pretty lame flame effect but it does what we need it for.

UPDATE: customer Service finally contacted me after filing a BBB complaint. They have no other heaters in stock so they sent me the heater/ blower part to replace on my own and said it would be easy to install. NOPE. I took one look at the instructions and knew someone that had experience in electrical wires would need to be sure it was done correctly. Will be calling customer service at Twin Star again. Not sure if the problem is fixed yet because I am waiting for someone to help hook up the electric wires. I've been dealing with Customer Service at Twin Star for over a month now trying to get the heater fixed. It stopped working two days after assembling and only turned the heater on once! I've emailed once and have called 3 times and no one is able to help me. Its a complete joke. I spoke with a guy that literally said there is an internal thermostat and maybe to move it away from a cold window or wall (I was like, what??? Its a heater. It would kick on more with cold windows and walls) but then couldn't tell me what page to find that in the manual about an internal thermostat therefore there must not be one. Then 3 weeks later spoke with a woman who had the nerve to argue with me about the manual and that she had the correct product pulled up when clearly she did not because it didn't say the same thing as my manual. She was talking about buttons that my unit doesn't even have. Both said they would refer my name to a technician that would call me and have never heard back. The last time I spoke with them they said they couldn't promise a call today on my day off but a call within 24 to 48hrs. I can't be glued to my phone at work waiting for a phone call that apparently is not going to happen. I told her if I didn't get a call within that time frame I would be writing a bad review and contacting the BBB and even that didn't seem to get the ball rolling so here I am keeping my word. I tried to make things right through Amazon and my only option for that is to disassemble every piece and ship it back for a refund. All because one thing is not working and I just need a new heater. The TV stand itself is beautiful and seems to be well made but seriously would not give my hard earned money to a company that couldn't care less about sending out a defective product and not making it right. The only thing customer service at Twin Star can do is create a ticket and refer you to other people. They can't give out phone numbers for technicians nor can they transfer you to speak with someone directly that actually knows how to help you. Its literally laughable at this point.

I was so excited to order this item but I ran into a few issues. As I as putting together the item I noticed that my fireplace log was broken in half. As I actually finished putting the item completely together I went to plug it in I discovered I couldn’t because the cord was literally cut & it wasn’t worth a possible fire from a damaged cord. However, I did contact the seller regarding the issue. I haven’t heard anything back just yet but I will update if and/or when the seller gets in contact with me! Lastly, The item is beautiful it’s just realllllllly small! UPDATE: the seller informed me that since it was fulfilled by Amazon he can’t help me further
