It is a good toothpaste covering all my needs to maintain my natural teeth. I find the gel foaming action covers my teeth.

The "breath strips" are actually little bits of plastic that do not dissolve as one would think they do. I had one embedded in my gums causing pain and swelling for weeks before my dentist removed it. When he finally got it out he said that its actually not a breath strip and he sees this kind of thing quite often. What the heck kind of garbage is this? I thought toothpaste was supposed to help your mouth not send you to the dentist. Stay Away!
