Connected with my voip office phone easily after I realised you needed to enter a default code on the phone. The headset instructions are clear but no mention of a code which was standard “0000”. Received calls ok but had initial issues with making calls. This was an issue with the phone not the headset and was eventually resolved after a couple of searches online. Sound quality is excellent. No issues with dropping out etc and very clear with no echo or breaking up. Again, subject to the device you are connecting to you may need to play with that device settings(phone required me to enable a specific setting so I could adjust volume and tone). I know others complain about sound quality but that cannot be down to the headset and may be the device settings. Also can connect this to two devices at once so you can have video conferencing and switch to a call if needed. On first impressions very good piece of kit. Better than my old plugged in headset.

Headset quality is great however when moving away from desk microphone cuts out and people cant hear me although I can hear them. Hope you guys can advise?

It does not go for the distance it says in the description. Distortion starts even when it is 5 meter away from the device. also MIC Mute button is not working.

Bought it for making phone calls through my mobile. Reasonable range around the house, good quality sound but would have been better if the microphone was fed back through the earpads. As it is my callers voice is clear but my voice is a bit muffled. Overall very pleased.

Was ok for the price - for skype sound and microphone ok. Bluetooth seems to work from a reasonable distanceA little flimsy - wouldn't take much to break. Not integrated so cannot control the app from the headset e.g. mute etc...
