I’m always skeptical about solar products but I purchased sunforce motion lights and they are just a good as the regular electric powered, so I decided to get one for my garage and I order this one from sunforce that’s the only brand I trust and is just amazing how it works!!!! I bright enough nice design and actually lasted all night because the solar panel has a nice size!!

Lots of things to consider in deciding how to rate this guy. See, when mine arrived, I took it out of the box and was like “what the heck”?It was very obviously used. I was actually not too upset about that. Gonna be outdoors anyway. But when I tried to put it together, I discovered that the wires had been yanked out of the socket. So I gave up and initiated a return. Well Amazon told me that they would refund my money and I could just keep it. Okay. That’s pretty nice. Well after I spent a few weeks looking at the box, I said I know a friend that is an electrical genius. So I dropped it off at his house and he fixed it in about five minutes.Looks great. Very bright. Easy to put up. I put mine up on a 10’ 4x4. Love the way it looks and works. I really like the separate solar panel. Has a pretty long cord. So you can hide the panel if you want. I don’t. Works well, stays lit up all night.So overall, I would give this light itself about 4.5 stars. But the fact that I was once again shipped a used, defective product lost points.I am happy. Especially considering that I got it for free. But I was lucky to have a friend who could fix it. So you might be taking a chance.Thanks for reading

We put this on our shed. The light is on all night long every night. We are quite satisfied. Nice glow. Perhaps 3000 kelvin. Emits light comparable to 25 watt bulb. Not too much but quite enough for us. And it looks nice on our barn shed.UPDATE. April 2021. The plastic mount for the solar panel has degraded in the sun. The adjustment knob is falling apart. It will no longer stay facing the sun. It flops down and the battery does not charge. I hot glue gunned it together until I figure out how to replace the solar panel. The light is nice. Too bad the plastic solar mount is not up rated

I’ve wanted this light for at least 2years, but didn’t pull the trigger because of my usual bad luck with solar lighting! When I first saw it I hemmed and hawed about buying it and when I finally said I’d get it-backordered! My son gave me an Amazon gift card for Mother’s Day so I started looking for something gift worthy (not underpants or something mundane) and came across the light again, so I got it. It was easy to install. The collecting panel is large and I know the light stays on at least til almost 5pm! Love love love it! It gives me great pleasure for not a big price! I highly, highly recommend this solar light! Awesome product!

I bought 2 solar lights at the same time. 1 was from another manufacturer and one was this one by Sunforce. The solar panel is much higher quality and the batteries are brilliantly held in the arm of the solar panel bracket. So when you need to change them out you can. I would definitely recommend. The only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I am Leary about finding another bulb like the one that it comes with should it burn out. It’s a DC bulb with a really slim profile. Also should note that if you had to charge the batteries you can do it without disassembling the hole thing.

The solar panel is enormous! Looked silly, like 2 desktop monitors mounted next to theses lights. The return shipping was $139! Stuck with them....

This solar barn light is absolutely beautiful. It’s really bright and has a warm glow. I love love love it! I put this one on my chicken house and I’ll be ordering another one for the shop very soon.
