Changed my life. I’m a true adult now. Never owned a wireless vacuum before... I feel like I have come out of the dark ages. So quick and easy to vacuum that I don’t see it as much as a chore now.Battery life is good enough, only run out if I forget to charge it after a few uses. The spinning things on the bottom catch up all kinds of hair and string.Needs maintenance and cleaning now and again.Very light weight and easy to control. Love all the gadgets and connections that came with it.

Broken after 6 months , I take good care of my hoovers and this was good to start and then now after 6 months battery charges but doesn’t actually work anymore the hoover doesn’t work

This is a great hoover with great suction. The accessories with this are fantastic, great for getting under furniture and reaching up for curtains. The light is very good and is a tremendous gadget, the bendy accessory is great for those awkward to reach places. Easy to empty. Charge is good for around 30 minutes. Storage is easy with hooks provided. Would recommend.

It runs out of battery quickly it isn’t as light weight as it is described also it takes longer to suck in all the dirt from carpets and floor! It didn’t work as it was expected to!!

This is a terrible vacuum cleaner. Suction is not enough to even pick up a feather unless you use boost mode which then drains the battery after 10 minutes of use. Uncomfortable to hold for any period of time, poorly laid out controls means you always switch it off accidentally. Battery takes hours to charge. My unit broke after 6 months of very light use, and not a peep from Hoover.

Using this as a full size carpet cleaner, it's fine, has sufficient power, moves easily and I'm pleased with it. I have a Hoover upright Pure Power 2100w as my main machine, this is powerful and heavy, so I bought this lighter machine for use upstairs, on the stairs, and in the car. As a full size machine I found it works well. When I detached the unit and added any of the attachments to clean the car and the stairs, I found it was feeble, it cuts the power for these and becomes no better than a dustbuster (which I also think is useless). Once I get used to it I may find I can increase power to attachments I want to use for stair carpets and in the car, whilst keeping iton low power for soft funishings etc., but at present it's not as useful as I could wish.TWO YEARS LATER - IT'S DEAD and never did achieve it's potential. Wouldn't buy another one - a dustpan and brush works for stairs and car much better than this.

I absolutely love this. It has loads of attachments and charges quickly. The battery lasts ages. It is very lightweight with great suction. Its very good if you can’t or don’t like lumbering around heavy vacuums. Glad I purchased this, it’s made a difference.
